We host events throughout NYC discussing communities and real estate within “The Suburban Jungle”. We gather our local market experts from Westchester, Long Island, Connecticut, New Jersey and Rockland to discuss the various communities in each addressing topics such as commute to NYC, schools, town centers, town reputations & property values. These serve as a great forum to jump start your suburban home search. We also have an informal coffee and bagel mingling session so that you are able to ask questions to the local market agents regarding communities informally after the presentation. In these weekend morning forums, we also address the overall real estate market and discuss valuations.
